  6. Los Alamos,Nevada 2023.  The Laboratory lay in ruins, the remote 
  7. as gone and Dr. Chen was dead.
  8.  
  9. Dr. Chen had invented a way to punch holes in the space-time 
  10. fabric, eight holes had been made in the past so far. On his 
  11. attempt to make a hole into the future, a half-man/ half-machine 
  12. (Talis Ra) came through and stole the equipment.  Each time hole 
  13. has a guardian on the other side of the gate.  You must take the 
  14. form of one of these guardians and battle your way through the 
  15. time gates to get Talis Ra.

  46. Once the game has been installed in a directory, simply type BRUDAL to start 
  47. the game. Choose NEW GAME and then TALIS RA. .

  49. Keyboard Controls

  51.         1               2               Hold a direction key and press an attack button.  
  52. Jump            Up              T               That give a total of 24 standard moves (Eight 
  53. Duck            Down            V               movements eight punches, eight kicks).

  60. Joystick Controls
  61. From the main menu, select CONTROLS and choose joystick.  Then push in the 
  62. direction you want to move and Button 1 is kick and Button 2 is punch.

  64. Special Moves
  65. All eight players have a number of special secret moves.  A series of key 
  66. combinations is pressed and the character does an unusual and devastating 
  67. move.  Most characters have 4 to 6 special moves.  For this demo we made many 
  68. of the special moves easy to do, since in the regular version they are quite 
  69. difficult.  For openers try BRUDUS' fireball by pressing forward twice 
  70. rapidly.
